dont worry, we'll take care of the heat for you guys come playoffs, miami believes they can just rely on talent to get back and not play hard.. we'll see how that goes

I've honestly never seen anything like that before watching any level of basketball.
Amazing, amazing pass.

Nice pass, but I usually consider alley-oops above the rim.

Was no alley-oop. I've seen some Manu to Tim, and Tim to Manu, passes like that... a few every season. Nothing new.

When it's a dunk, the broadcaster usually specifies by calling it an "alley oop dunk." I always figured it's anytime a pass is thrown towards the rim and the guy receiving the pass leaves the ground and scores immediately after catching it. Doesn't need to be above the rim or a slam dunk.
Wade's pass had to be close enough to the rim for LeBron to do that without having to come back down with the ball after catching it. That's what made it so crazy to me. LeBron deserves credit to because he actually caught the ball in the air and layed it up without coming down first. But making that pass close enough to the rim for it to happen from the other baseline is beyond impressive.

That was unreal. Anyone downplaying that is retarded.

:lol an alley oop can be a highlight on either end, even if it's a nice dunk, the pass can be just as nice, if not nicer..in this case, this is easily the best pass of the year..
The best alley oop pass I've ever seen, was Kidd's off the backboard pass to Lebron, during the Olympics..unfortunately, Lebron missed the dunk, but the pass was unreal..

That's what champions do right there.

Champions throw full court length alley oops? It's one great play. Don't exaggerate its significance by attaching a "championship" description to it. And don't cheapen how great a play it was with your overt over-homerism.
Amazing play. STFU with the championship talk over one highlight play.

Amazing alleyoop. The pass from Wade and LBJ with the catch and layup finish. It has to be a perfect pass for it to work, was an incredible play.
The other passes on breaks were great, but not nearly as fast from rebound to score as that one from Wade to James.

yeah
lebron should have dunked that shit. if lebron had dunked that, it would one have down as one of the greatest plays ever.

Greatest plays ever consider impact of the play, not just how cool it looked.
