BONNER THE REP: Bonner, the Spurs player-representative to the National Basketball Players Association, was elected a vice-president of the union during a meeting of player reps in Los Angeles during All-Star Weekend. He said he intends to be active in negotiating sessions with the NBA’s labor relations committee, talks aimed at a new collective bargaining agreement.
