View Full Version : Did the Blazers destroy the Jazz franchise?

First we forced them to match a huge contract for Milsap. Then we sign away Wesley Matthews for big dollars. This had the effect of causing them to move Boozer and weakening them at other positions. D-Will becomes disillusioned and chases Sloan off and now he is gone too. I think Utah fans must really hate us now. :lol

Both franchises destroyed each other. Blazers got the Mormon curse to deal with.

Neither are relevant, nor have either been relevant in 10 years.

08-09 NW Division
Denver 54-28
Portland 54-28
Utah 48-34
Minn 24-58
OKC 23-59

Seems likely that Denver, Utah, and Portland will all be looking up at OKC in the standings for some time to come.

Yes. The Matthews deal being the root of all this. Yew jess kent do tings like det. I hope Paul Allen dies. Like seriously, I hope the dude dies. And what goes around has been and will keep coming around tlong. It's only a matter of time before Aldridge's knee explodes.

Nah. We can beat OKC. I still haven't given up on Oden. He'll get healthy and we will dominate.

How many games does BRoy have before his next set of knee surgeries?

I'm thinking 90.

They destroyed two teams at the same time. Isiah Thomas wishes he was that efficient an executive.

Tlong surprisingly has an excellent non homer point ...not sure why but they have ramrod the Jazz recently ...

Also OKC has made out like bandits ...they lost Melo, Dwill, Chauncey, and Boozer, and to a lessor extent Roy and Oden from the division this year. And although aldridge and Love are really good they definitely have the best player in this division and if Westbrook comes on, maybe the 2nd as well ..

If only the Portland FO felt the same way.

Sources say Portland is pushing Greg Oden in trade talks. Oden's injury history, predictably, has GM's reluctant.http://twitter.com/#!/ChrisMannixSI/status/40482785995005952
