22.9% "Yes it was a good move to get Green and Krstic"
77.9% "No they'll miss Perkins tenacity and Robinson's Energy"
What does this poll prove? That 22.9% of Boston fans are idiots, relatives of Green and Krstic, accidentally clicked the wrong button or trolls are infesting the Boston site.

I cannot believe the Celts just did that trade.
They literally had ALL the pieces to a Championship team and they just fucked everything up in just one day lmao. Krstic and Green are garbage, the Thunder definitely got way better with that trade.

Delonte will back up Rondo. I'm assuming Green will backup Pierce, and maybe a few other spots. (Similar to the way Big Baby plays at C and PF.)

Forget Boston... that's a nice deal for the Thunder. They needed a legit big man and they got it.

Bradley has looked lost out there on the floor. That's why you don't see Doc putting him in.

As a resident of Boston for 4 years that was there for the night Pierce/Allen/KG were made an item, I must say this is the dumbest fucking thing Boston has done during the Big 3's reign. Perkins is a hard guy to find in this league, he grinds for the Celts and never asks for a "thank you." Not even if the Celts have someone waiting in the wings can it replace Perkin's physicality and Nate's energy off the bench. I know they had some signing troubles with him, but this season they seemed like a lock to make the Finals an the window is closing.
Perkins was the difference in them winning a Championship last year, and now he's the difference in them getting to the Finals at all. Astonishing, really. But it's also good for the Spurs because he's not someone I'd like to face in a 7 game series, so hopefully OKC meets the Lakers before we do and he can bloody them up a bit.

I hate this trade, but I have gotten over it. It was a fun time with the big 3. They got us at least 1 championship. Time to start over again. This is such a shitty way to end this era. Losing was one thing, but blowing the team up when you had the #1 seed in the east and 2nd best record overall is a bitter way to end this era. :bang

It's called pussying out because subconsciously you knew you were just going to get beat down again anyway.
Classic flight move by Ainge and the Cs.:lmao

C'mon, Guy, don't back slide on me now. You don't get over this trade in a few hours. This will leave scars. You don't have to be ashamed to grieve, shed a tear or two.
You're entitled.

It's such a mind-boggling trade to me,was Ainge high;this is one of the worst trades in Celtics history. They had every piece a team could want, even if they weren't going to re-sign Perk ride him to a potential championship THIS year. Green is a tweener and will get bullied by Good PF's and is too slow to guard good small fowards

Great move by the celtics. Spurs chances improved if facing them in the finals.

I have no idea why people are counting out the C's... Perkins is getting a tad overrated.Celtics were like 33-10 w/o him and their D was #2 in the league still
Celtics/Mavs will be an epic Finals :cry :cry

I don't particularly like the move, but it's not as bad as this board and the media would have you think. Shaquille O'Neal and Glen Davis held down the league for most of the season. Jeff Green has a 37-point game this season and has a couple of game-winners as well. The guy can play. He can play the 3 and 4. He's started most of the past two years as a 4. Look for him to put Big Baby at center and he'll play power forward off the bench. He's their sixth man--watch.
What I don't understand is the deal with Cleveland. There's no need to make that trade and the player they gave up could've helped the frontline. Danny Ainge lost a bet.
