I remember me and Jamstone were both saying that Gallo had offensive potential ...
In the young assets thread last month ...but soome of yall claimed he sucked.
No he is not better than Melo ...but some of you guys were not admitting his offensive potential.

Like I give a fuck what happens with Carmelo Anthony in New York, fuck him and the Knicks.
But if we're going to talk about the game with a basketball IQ above the average 6 year old, then I'll acknowledge and recognize the kid can straight up ball. Nothing more than recognition.
You have a Melo stick lodged up your ass. For what reason? One can only imagine.

Both nationally televised Nuggets games since the trade have been a treat to watch. Good for them, if they hadn't had to give up Chauncey they would be a horrible matchup for any team in the playoffs.:toast

Knicks gave up TOO MUCH for Melo. Especially when they could have played the season out then signed Melo in the offseason anyway. Now the Knicks have no depth outside of Amare, Melo, and Billups. Meanwhile the Nuggets are about to go 3-0 without Melo. Wow.

The Nuggets will be a perennial playoff team, I said this when the trade happened, this sample size of games doesn't change anything..they will continue to get 5-8 seeds in a Western Conference that will continue to weaken as the NBA moves forward..obviously their lack of a superstar will hurt their potential title aspirations, but they will be a fresher version of the Rockets..
Carmelo is a superstar player, but he obviously isn't Lebron-type, where you can build an entire system around him, which is predicated on ball movement and is based entirely on his playmaking..
