Rasho Nesterovic has reached the NBA Finals before Kevin Garnett. Somehow, that strikes me as poetic justice.

And regardless of the Round 4 opponent, Rasho must be a factor in the Finals if the Spurs are to win a title.

the Pistons or Heat are better matchups for Rasho.

Hell definately get more time in the Finals.

BTW, I gotta chuckle at that too.

Hey STephen A, Rasho has 1 more West Champ gear than your bf Garnett....

If we play Detroit I would rather see Horry than Nesterovic. Rasho is doing pretty good as a bench warmer. :D

Now that the Mavericks are eliminated I can root for San Antonio. I did the same for the bulls in the early 90's.

How many people on here rooted for the bulls? Jordan? Call me a bandwagon fan but alot of people did the same thing.

I hated that Utah team when Malone and Stockton. I remember how it seemed in every game the refs were unfair at the Delta Center. That team has to go with the most hated team of all time. Lakers are up there to. Especially Rick Fox.

I hated the Jazz even though they didn't win the championship. I didn't start hating the lakers until they started dominating. I started hating Fisher, Bryant, Fox, Shaq, and Madsen. I also felt that there was a conspiracy theory going on with all the terrible refing going the lakers way in the playoffs. Sacramento, Portland, and Indiana.

The 98 Jazz will always be my most hated team. It was beautiful to see Jordan steal that ring right out of Karl Malone's hand with that steal in the last 15 seconds of game 6.

Karl Malone is a punk. He plays dirty basketball and gives cheap shots like running through picks, elbowing people in the face and etc. I'm sure he's a decent guy off the court but a jerk on it.

I was both a Spurs fan and a bulls fan in the late 90's, so 96-99 were awesome basketball years.

I was a rockets and bulls fan so 91-98 were pretty good. :spin

I was a bulls fan...
AND a Spurs fan... I just think that whoever watched MJ was definately on the bandwagon... to have a chance to see the best basketball player was magical...

But in the end nothing is sweeter than seeing my favorite team win 2 championships.

I don't think you will get to see that anytime soon.

Rasho will never get any respect, no matter how many times he'll get to the finals before Garnett. Of course, I'm not saying that Rasho deserves any respect so far.

But I know he'll shine in the finals. especially against the Heat. He didn't do that bad against the Lakers in 04.

Oh man, you are right, but there are a lot of great player that haven't been there, that made me realize that you don't need only a Superstar, you need a Superstar that has the skills to improve the team (DUNCAN) and some good players (PG, MG, etc...)
