We're actually 20 games over .500...

62 games / 2 = 31 (31-31 would be .500 at this point)
31 games - 11 losses = 20 games.

No, we are 40 games over .500 by standard sports terminology, which is wins - losses.

But all that matters is being the first team to 16 wins, if you catch my drift.

We won't either.... Our defense sucks, we live and die by the 3, we aren't tall, splitter doesn't play, bonner doesn't show up in big games, having a 51-11 record is simply fools gold and the mavs,lakers, heat and celtics are real contenders while we are simply pretenders. Did I cover everything?

This was disscussed in another thread before, but yes all that matters in the 16 wins in the post season :tu

Yup...mathematically it really should be called 20 games over, but I was just calling it like all the sportswriters do.
