Seems to be the case, he can run his mouth, jump around, and wave his arms all around whenever he doesn't like a call and the refs do nothing.
It's a shame because I for one am glad to not see as much crying and complaining as before, even from guys on the Spurs like Manu, but today I had to see it again in Wade.
