I am just curious

Is the NBA only interesting to the media like ESPN if the Lakers win the title every year or something? They only care if Kobe and his merry men keep winning..

im gonna have to agree with you on this Fraga. im waiting for someone to say "it's only one game, but..." They are taking this one game and proclaiming the spurs finished. It's crazy!

I find it funny how they ignore the two previous games, and proclaim that the Spurs can't handle the Lakers' size and talent advantage. Interesting.

lololol it's just way to easy for espn to discredit the spurs. it's to the point where it's comedic and is killing their credibility and basketball analysts

I don't see why anyone cares about this...be more concerned about the Spurs shitty play...not the broadcasters.

Good call Mark Jackson, The Lakers are the best team....lets see, thats the 5th team you have said is the best team this year. Boston, Miami, Dallas, Chi, now LA.....I thought the best team was the one with the most wins........

I thought the best team was precisely that..the best, one. There cannot be seven bests. Unless you're a dumb ass piece of shit employed by ESPN.

No shit. I wish they'd talk about Duncan's brilliant play or the way Hill has locked Kobe down.

it's funny because if the show was on the other foot, it'd be about how the lakers are having 1 down game, they're still the best team in he league, just a hiccup, this wont happen in the playoffs, lakers just caught off guard, i'd still put my money on lakers in playoffs blah blah blah blah. But since it's the spurs, they're done and even being underrated this year, they are overrated

Even by their standards, today's performance was pathetic. They made no attempt to conceal the fact that they're blatant Lakers fans. These clowns were practically cheer leading for the Lakers. Jackson, in particular, is an unabashed Lakers fan and Barry is an unabashed Spurs hater. They should both be fired immediately.

It hurts the credibility of the league by feeding into the notion that "it's fixed" or that they show favoritism towards certain teams. Since this is a league that cares more about their image than any other by far, it's mind boggling that they haven't put a stop to this by now.
