HUGE! This is a tough one for the Mavs because they had that early lead, the Spurs got rocked today...but end of the day the Spurs maintain the same division lead. Wow! Great win by the Grizz! I really don't think the Spurs are at the point where their fans need to be rooting against the Mavs. The Mavs are playing more consistent ball at the moment, but if the Spurs play bad enough to lose this lead down the stretch, they have WAY bigger problems than HCA.

What is really in play with Spurs having a huge margin over the 2nd seed is the ability to lock the 1st seed before the last couple of regular season games. It would be great for Spurs if they can get something like a full week of rest before the start of the playoffs.
