I didn't read the article. It looked interesting though. And I think Timmy is a smart dude. But I don't agree with the premise of the OP. It's probabaly never been done, but I think a study would show that NC State engineers as a group are smarter than Wake Forest athletes as a group in any of the standard accepted tests for IQ.
