Same story at Galveston. Unless you're at South Padre during spring break, the number of women you don't want to see topless will severly outnumber the ones you do at any Texas beach.

I went to that topless beach in Austin back in the 90s most women have to use Neosporin on their nipples from dragging in the sand all day you can see the empty tubes all along the shoreline.
