I sure as hell hope the good state of Texas is not planning on locking her up over this. We're already looking at overcrowded jails and huge budget cuts to the prison system as it is.

Let her pay a $100 fine and make her take defensive driving just to be a pain in the ass and then be done with it. This isn't the type of offense we need to be looking to lock people up for.
