Would you be content winning it all then? If Splitter improves and we add a few more pieces, our veterans would have enough rest given the shorter schedule. That might just be enough to get us past all the up and coming teams... thoughts?

Any title is good to take.

And that's right that a lockout would be a good thing for the spurs :
- Tony and Manu would have a break after summer ball
- TD and Dice would be fresh for the playoff

And all this lockout story is just to avoid the spurs to break the most consecutive 50 wins season record.

Stern wanted a lockout at the beginning and at the end of TD career to be sure
