Ibaka with another strong game, Harden is proving himself to be a reliable scorer next to Durant. As long as Westbrook doesn't act like Derrick Rose, the Thunder could go a long way.

OKC is young, but they're built to do some damage. Harden is really stepping up.
Honestly, I think Westbrook will be their fatal flaw.

Stop fooling yourself. No team that has lost to the Hornets twice has even won anything. OKC and the Lakers avoided that.

Just stating facts, brah.

But the Lakers didn't avoid losing against the Cavs. What's your point?

Spurs 1A Lakers 1B as they are the defending 2x champ and both teams have similar point differentials, stats and proven championship cred.
Definitely 3rd after tonight = Thunder
Nosediving to 4th are the Mavs and Denver/Portland, Thunder and Memphis might all be scarier opponents than Mavs for Spurs/LAL!

Doesn't matter. No team that has lost to the Hornets twice has ever won a championship. That's my point. OKC and the Lakers avoided that.

So it's ok to get a beatdown from the D-league Cavs? :lol:lol

Like I said, it doesn't matter. One loss to the Cavs hasn't stopped a team from winning a title. But two losses to the Hornets have.

You're avoiding the issue. I'm talking about historical facts. You're not.
If the Spurs only lost once to the Hornets, that's fine. But losing two was a killer. Ruined their title chances.

I recall that Spurs got absolutely blown out 2x by the Hornets in a fairly recent playoff series and went onto win during the years when Paul and West were going to be the next dominant team in the league - like the psuedo fast start of NOH this year how did that work out for you all?
I admire your passion and went to a NOH game on trip recently and great fans and a solid but not great team.
However, it must truly suck to be a Hornets fan as they have a devoted fan base in a fabulous city (albeit recovering still from Katrina that I provided relief aid in a SAS shelter) and now trying to hold onto a soon to be (probably) contracted or moved team under Stern's CEO watch.
