Translated from this article (http://www.lanacion.com.ar/1358780-las-fuerzas-militares-de-los-paises-que-intervendran-en-libia) in spanish... I couldn't find a similar list in english. Please feel free to add/correct.

- FRANCE:

France will assume the "leadership" of the military operation, according to the Belgium premier Yves Leterme. Rafale airplanes flew over Lybian territory saturday. France has about a hundred fighter planes, among them the Rafale and the Mirage 2000, and also AWACS-style radar planes. A Mistral-class helicopter carrier is in the vicinity. The aerial bases in Solenzara, Corsica and Yamená, Chad are under alert and could be used as nodes on the operation. The "Charles de Gaulle" aircraft carrier is currently in Toulon, France, and will depart sunday towards the Lybian coast.

- UNITED KINGDOM:

The premier David Cameron announced the availability of the Tornado and Eurofighter (known as Typhoon in the UK) planes in bases near Lybia. It could be Cyprus, where three AWACS-style planes were deployed recently. London also has bases in Malta, but Valletta did not authorize them for the operation.
Great Britain also has Sentinel, Nimrod and AWACS planes available, which are precious for reconnaissance and surveillance. Two british frigates are currently in the Mediterranean: the "Westminster" and the "Cumberland".

- UNITED STATES:

There's already F-15 and F-16 fighter planes in the Sigonella (Sicily) base. The helicopter carrier "Bataan" and two more ships providing support will be deployed wednesday heading to the Mediterranean sea to relieve other ships.
The US also has two destroyer ships, the "Barry" and "Stout" already located in the oriental Mediterranean. They're both equipped with Tomahawk cruise missiles.

- CANADA:

The canadians promised seven CF-18 fighter jets, that must be based off Italy.

- ITALY:

Italy offers "for now" their military bases towards the installation of a no-fly zone in Lybia, but does not exclude themselves from a more involved role on a second stage. Rome also wishes that the coordination of military operations be transferred from Stuttgart (Germany) to the NATO base near Naples.

- NATO:

The NATO remains on a second plane. The NATO AWACS planes are already present in the area and fly non-stop for a week now. The alliance deployed three ships recently in that area.

- DENMARK:

Copenhagen approved sending four F-16 fighters, two other jet fighters as reserve and a transport plane, which are on their way to Sicily.

- NORWAY:

Norway promised six F-16 fighter planes.

- BELGIUM:

Belgium declared willing to participate, mentioning they could possibly deploy "four of the six" F-16 fighter planes, along with a minesweeper.

- ARAB COUNTRIES:

Qatar confirmed their participation but did not specify of what kind. A UN diplomat promised the participation of the UAE, but it was not confirmed.

- SPAIN:

Spain promised a tanker plane, and four F-18 fighter planes which will be based off Italy.

- NETHERLANDS:

The Netherlands announced their participation, but without any further specifics.

- GREECE:

Athens announced the availability of the Greek bases for the coalition of forces, but did not specify which ones.
