sons this playa is stepping his game up. whether he is dropping 23 against Boston, dropping 21 against Dallas, or draining half court shots ... Marco is a legit threat and steadily improving.

son yes he will be. Manu was blessed to be sent to an already stacked championship team. Belinelli is having to truly earn his way.

If Belinelli was to be put on the Spurs, the Spurs wouldn't be so good.

The guy's a good player, but his upside is putting up 15 points a game and shooting a lot of threes.

Ginobili was picked much later in his draft and he did in his first game as a Spur what Belinelli will never be able to do.

Gallo and Bargnani will be the much better players in a few years.

Then he gave a portion of that leadership mantle back via The Skunker.

Gallo's solid. Bargnani's good too though. And he's got a big opportunity, he's easily the best player in Toronto. That's a team full of scrubs. Him, Calderon, Barbosa, and DeMar are the "stars" up there.

sons these are just the facts -

Manu

FG% - .429
3P% - .348
FGA - 13.0
MPG - 30.7
PPG - 17.8

Rocky

FG% - .434
3P% - .410
FGA - 8.5
MPG - 24.6
PPG - 10.3

so sons as you can see both players are relatively even this season. the only difference is the fact that Manu gets an average of about 6 more minutes of playing time per game. therefore of course his point totals, rebounds, etc. will be higher. Marco is the better shooter, but Manu can get to the basket a little better than Marco can. Both are about even on defense as well.

son like I said of course Manu's numbers will be higher due to the fact that he gets to play more minutes than Marco does. son that is what "points, rebounds, etc." means. I am sorry if you didn't understand that.

also you must consider that Manu has to control the Spurs offense a large portion of the time because Parker is a score first point guard. LOL I didn't even realize that Manu has more assist than Parker this season ... that is downright pathetic on Parker's part, but props to Manu for being able to step up and lead his team. Marco on the other hand is playing with Chris Paul who is a pass first type of point guard so of course Paul is going to get the over whelming majority of assist.

Don't matter that the stats are alike. Do this, attain two TV's. Put one on one side and one alongside the other. Tune into a televised game of the Spurs on one tv and a televised game of the Hornets on the other. You'll see the difference between both players even if you are a retarded uneducated Hornets fan.

Manu is simply better. He has more of an impact during the game than Belinelli will ever have in his life. Manu has that "it" factor to which Belinelli can have but imo will never.

That's it.

That's all.

Let's proceed.

lol funny how the facts and stats only count whenever they are in favor of Spurs players. Many of you Spurs fans like to say that individual numbers don't matter and that it is all about the team, yet the moment someone post the FACTS comparing Manu, Duncan, Parker, etc. stats against other players with better numbers you change your tune very quickly and argue otherwise. Some of you tools even have the audacity to claim that Manu is better than someone like Kobe Bryant. Now you all know that I don't like Kobe, but that is just downright absurd to make such a claim. Manu isn't even a top 150 player of all time. Top 200 at very best.

The simple fact of the matter is that Pop knows what he is doing. I have said this countless times and will continue speaking the honest truth. Just like Krzyzewski is known for his system at Duke, Pop is known for his system in San Antonio. No superstars are needed for success. Just good, quality players who know their role.

If anyone ever proclaimed that Manu was better than Kobe than they are retarded, I agree with you on that son. The rest of your reply is so generalized and vague that you hit other spots and open the doors for other arguments, very bad imo.

Manu has that "it" factor that Belinelli doesn't. That's why he's better. How many times do you see Belinelli make big plays like Manu on a consecutively nightly basis? Watch a couple of Spurs games and you'll verify this through observation. Manu is better.

Stop being an ignorant homer fan.
