I can understand Durant shooting, but Westbrook is the freaking PG and he's taking 19 shots. Harden definitely should have gotten more touches. He's becoming a nice fit next to Durant.

Yup he's becoming a great 3rd wheel, Westbrook really needs to cut down on dominating the ball and also stop playing so out of control before OKC suffers from "PG has too much of a role" syndrome. Bottom line OKC needs an interior scorer, Westbrook/Harden/Durant as your top 3 offensive players makes OKC way too perimeter oriented.

Bottom line OKC needs an interior scorer, Westbrook/Harden/Durant as your top 3 offensive players makes OKC way too perimeter oriented.

Honestly, this is the main 5 they're going to have for awhile. Having Perkins/Ibaka will make them very strong defensively, but will put alot of pressure on the perimeter guys. Still, they those 3 guys on the perimeter should be enough for them to make a deep run since all 3 are very good. Like you said, Westbrook needs to cut down on his shots.

I will say this ... the hype on OKC pre-season and even after the perk trade is ridiculous. Dont get me wrong taking perk (and adding Nazr) from the celts was brillant and the Lakers, Heat and Bulls are grateful ...but crowning them as 2nd best in the West is fool-hardy. sure they will be a "tough-out" but to expect a team this young without HCA to beat the Spurs is asking a lot ... Blazers maybe tough for them to beat too if they get the 5th seed.

+1. People greatly overrate them. Westbrook is the key to them being successful or not. Sometimes the guy can be pretty damn solid, and then at other times he'll totally dissapear. And other than Westbrook, Durant, and maybe Harden, who is going to score for that team?
