After seeing Battle:LA I can officially confirm that The Core is Aaron Eckhart's second worst movie.

I have a bizarre fascination with this movie. It's not quite at so-bad-it's-good status, but, much like Volcano, Dante's Peak, and the like, The Core definitely has a bit of a so-bad-it's-amazing appeal.

for me it's my second favorite movie to MST3K while watching it. Personal favorite for that purpose is The Day After Tomorrow.
