My favorite thing to do in Duke Nukem was light a stick of dynamite and chase around your opponent trying to kill them as well as yourself.

Was that ever a question? If the game had been released a decade ago and hadn't switched developers' hands god know how many times, I might be more excited.

It's always been under 3D Realms developement until Gearbox took it over when 3D Realms craped out.

The only thing it ever switched multiple times was the game engine.

I dont think its going to be anything special when its released other than the fact that Its Duke Nukem, but I hold faith that Gearbox, the guys that made one of the best recent FPS/RPG games in quite a while (Borderlands), will make it a decent game.

We have waited 15 years since Duke Nukem 3D was released in 1996, whats another few months?

What I am excited about is not that Duke Nukem forever is going to FINALLY be released, but the fact that Gearbox now has the rights to the Duke Nukem IP. They, above all others, will know what to do next with Duke.
