View Full Version : Last I checked....
The Spurs still have the best record in the NBA. I dunno why you maggots are crying over an obviously fluky loss against the Jailblazers.
The team, without Duncan, is obviously not the same. We.simply.choked.against.the.Blazers.
To those saying that the Spurs are Tony or Manu's team right now, well, let me tell you this---that's a load of bullshit.
The Spurs are still TD's team and without that greatest PF of all time, Tony and Manu are probably rotting somewhere in Europe playing against mediocre opponents.
So there, good game Blazers and you guys deserve the win.
For Spurs fans, this is what happens once Tim Duncan retires. It's gonna be really quiet in SA and that said, let's enjoy the remaining seasons of Duncan as much as we can :toast:toast

LOL at thinking The Nuggets will make it out of the first round with their "balanced roster". OKC is going to put the smack-down on your team of scrubs, & if they don't, The Spurs will take the series 4-1, with flying colors.

..........perhaps, but, Duncan couldn't get off his dead ass & play with his sprained ankle.
Kobe had no problem, and his touched the wood.

Kobe's was a crock. He's not injured. It was all a publicity stunt to make him look like a "hero". Just like last year and his faux "broken finger".

And what an amazing stunt it was too. The pin point accuracy and timing to pull off that amazing fake camera work to make it look like Kobe's ankle was turned 90 degrees is rivaled only by the the moon landing conspiricy IMO. Keen eye you have there! :toast

Meh, that happens to me when I'm blocking jump shots during pick up games, I roll it like that all the time, after which my ankle feels a crazy weird sting that feels serious for a few split seconds but after a few seconds it's just fine.

The Spurs are dangerously close to losing that seed.. especially if we continue this tailspin.

It took Kobe pairing up with Shaq/Gasol to match then pass TD's ring total.

Like it took Duncan to finally baptize Pastor David Robinson to scratch.
