Sure, it's a home game, but it's Portland on the second game of a B2B without Duncan, and probably without Ginobili. Spurs will lose.

Coach Pop said Duncan would be out 4-5 games 'for sure', but we haven't gotten anything else. I hope to hear a timetable on his return once they're home.

Bonner and RJ will give us the boost we need.

Losing tomorrow will pretty much guarantee that we lose the top seed.

I expect TD to return either Thursday at home against Boston or Sunday at home against Phoenix....

Losing tomorrow will put us 3 games ahead of the Bulls and 3.5 ahead of the Lakers. If the Bulls beat Philly, which is likely, we'll be 2.5 ahead of them. Tim might be back for the Celtics and hopefully Manu too. We are still ahead and haven't lost the Blazers game yet.

A miracle can happen, which is Hill and Tony black out and we win that one tomorrow! HOPE IT HAPPENS! Likely with them at full no, but man I hope it does happens!

Tony beat the Blazers by himself in 2009 without Tim and Manu playing that game.
He could do it again.

I HOPE TO GOD HE DOES IT YES, but likely NO! He might do it, but damn man he can do it if he gets 30 plus there.

I think Tony is not happy with his play and he'll play a lot better next game if he's got the juice.
Weaklings like Bonner should also play better at home. We probably would have been better off on this road trip if we got to play a game at home while Tim is out before going on it.
The timing sucked that we had to go on 3 straight road games after TD sprained his ankle. If the first one was at home it would have given the team a chance to get used to playing without Tim in the lineup. It's tough to do that when your first three games are on the road without Tim against playoff teams.

The B2B part also accounts for Portland ... they lost to OKC tonight. George Hill has to step up again !!!

Hill was freaking very good tonight. That is his game. Scoring.
He stinks at PG. The Spurs need to get him to keep playing aggressive offensive basketball.
George Hill last night is the only good thing I take from this road trip.
Splitter is an incomplete because he didn't play in any 4th quarters so I can't give him a full grade. Spurs coaches are losers in the Tiago Splitter management.

I think Gary Neal will get 20+ points tonight. With Manu and Tim out, he joins Tony and possibly Hill as a "first option" offensive player. I actually think Gary is capable of a 30+ point game.

I wouldnt count on it, though if Duncan's healthy he definitely wants to be on the court.

Rest Tony and put the owness on Neal's shoulders. Let Hill play the 3.
