The only risk in playing Tiago in the playoffs is his miserable free throw shooting. Even at that, you still use him situationally. The other reasons you listed are either false or bogus.

If Pop goes back to the normal rotation the Spurs are likely to get bounced out of the playoffs, so it's not really a big deal.
