Make Avatars and Win a Prize

The stock avatars haven't been updated in a long while -- and there are people a lot better than me on photoshop here -- so we'll put a prize on the line for the person who can make the best avatars. Just create some avatars (have to be 150 X 80 pixels) and then I'll add a poll to this thread to judge the winner. The person with the best set (any number you want) wins a Spurs t-shirt sent to their doorstep.

I'd love to learn broadcast graphics! I'm thinking of picking up AfterEffects this summer and trying my hand at it. Have you ever used Maya?

No, not a big Maya fan (never got the opportunity to sell it). I use or have used After Effects, Studio Max 3D, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator, Premiere, Pinnacle Edit, Avid Media Composer, Velocity, Combustion... At one point in my life I actually worked on Quantel's Henry V8 and PaintBox (the deadliest editing/graphics combo I have ever used). I don't do as much production work as I used to, but I'm still really looking forward to getting trained on Quantel's eQ (Eiger release) later this year :)

You're going to have to find webspace to upload your pictures/gifs to.

I recommend: http://www.photobucket.com

Pretty simple and easy. Register, then upload your picture to your Photobucket from your PC. It will give you the URL where said photo can be found on teh Internet, and then you just use that link to post the image here, as you would with any other image taken from the web, with the [img] tags.
