In 2003, they release more tickets each day at around 4:30pm -- I wonder if that will happen again. That's how a bunch of us ended up getting tickets to Game Six of the Finals.

They must allocate a certain number for online and each ticket outlet. Otherwise, the people waiting in line, lottery winner or not, would get screwed after about 30 seconds.

I don't think so... When I worked at a wherehouse music we had a TM machine there. All the outlets are connected within the city. Everyone has access to all the tickets available.

Yeah, no dice. I had four connections up online thanks to some begrudgingly generous Dallas maverick fan co-workers trying to help a buddy out.

Two of us were going for game 1, two for game 2, not a thing (granted I was going for the cheap seats :lol but still).

I guess I used up all my online ticket karma in '03.

I wonder if anyone from the forum got any ... and how many were actually on sale today.

Couldn't have been many with all the season ticketholders having bought their allotment before the playoffs even started. Then you have the NBA brass that gets some, players allocations, and maybe even other NBA teams
get a few like the NFL does.

At any rate, I had my son in Las Vegas try through the local ticketmaster (thinking the line wouldn't be jammed like in SA) with no luck.

However, some ticket brokers out there have seats for sale for the first two games at $2,600 a ticket. You always wonder how they get those, but I guess season ticket holders sell them to make a little money.

And many of us individually longtime rabid fans were squeezed out by these corporate 'fans' who pay for their tickets with tax-decuctible money and don't really have the enthusiasm. Oh well, life sucks and we could be from Seattle.

Yeah, I got sevearl tickets under face through Ebay this year. However, I did buy a pair where the guy selling them to me told me their face value was moer than what it actually was. He told me the correct seat, row, and section numbers, but lied about the face value.
