The first movie I ever saw at a theater was a cheesy flick called "Laser Blast". My next was "Grease".

Yours?

I don't rightly recall but I want to say Star Trek VI with my folks. I was around 6, lol. I just remember explosions and being in awe.

no bullshit, Robocop.

I remember being incredibly disturbed by it (since I was like fuckin 4 years old or some shit). But I also loved every moment :lol. Still got no clue how my dad thought it would be an okay movie to take a little kid to.

It hasn't affected you at all though.

Jurassic Park, I was only 3 years old. My parents had to take me out of the theater though because I started crying at the T-Rex part.

When my wife and I went to see Wanted there was a woman who brought three kids in...the oldest looked about 9 and the youngest looked 3 or 4. We were both like wtf?

The farthest back I remember seeing a movie at a theater was "The Love Bug (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0064603/), 1968."

I can't even come close to remembering. The only two movies I can remember going to see at the theater with my parents (barring recent movies obviously) when young was Tombstone and Mortal Kombat.

I remember bitching at my dad about going to see Tombstone when I was younger because I thought Westerns sucked, and then I came out and was in love with it.

The first one I remember is The Empire Strikes Back. My cousin, who's 3 years older than me, was a huge fan and collected all the figurines. His mom took us.

Awesome movie. I didn't see it until our 7th grade history teacher showed it in class. What an all star cast, too.

That's tame compared to when I went to see 30 Days of Night and this retarded black bitch had her 4 kids all under 9 there. The first time a vampire eats someone's face you hear one kid scream and another one say "mommy what is that?" loudly. I wanted to punch her into next week.

My first movie in a theater was one of the animated Disney movies but I can't remember which one. The first movie I remember in a theater was the original Star Wars. Saw it at the Aztec Theater in SA. I think I only saw two or three movies in theaters until I was past the age of 10.

Ive seen that movie dozens of times. My wife loves it and she wore out the VHS so we now have it on DVD. Haven't watched in a long time. It's one of the few movies I've ever been able to watch more than once.

My parents took me to see Oliver & Company, but the theatre was dark and scary and I freaked out so we didn't even see it. So, Dutch (with Ed O'Neill) was actually the first movie I sat down in a theatre to watch.

I think mine might have been Jurassic Park (1993). I was fascinated with dinosaurs my parents say. Although, I do have to say though, I think the first ever theatrical movie I actually sat down and watched (thoroughly understanding the main point) was Twister (1996). (sorry Greg Oden)
