Mavs will go 3-0 and get the 2nd seed :toast

Heh...while that would be sweet, Pop will probably tank the game against LA.

Tbh, won't matter if the Mavs are 1 or 8 seed. At the end of the day, 2nd round is as far as they'll go.
But disregard my above post and enjoy your championship anyway.:lobt2:

I just don't want to be hurt or taken for a fool again. I don't know how long it'll be before I decide to be serious again, but definitely not anytime soon. It's gonna take years to bang out all this frustration that has been trapped inside me.

Most girls find it hard to believe that I don't go around hooking up with every skank in sight. But I won't lie though, I do use it to my advantage. Sorry but that's how it must be done :-)

Dallas getting the #2 seed after LA went 17-1 would be fucking amazing.

Only if you OR them win the last game in June.

With the Lakers recent slide I am almost thinking they just want HCA over Boston. Since Boston is going belly up against the Heat and the Lakers hold the tiebreaker, they may not care tonight. I don't know the point spread, but if it's a lot of points for the Thunder, it might not be a bad bet. However, I would think the Lakers probably are tired of losing and have noticed the Mavs are creeping up. Heck, OKC can still catch and surpass them.

So, Lakers probably win this one.

Don't fret, in consideration of the above effort every conceivable result is covered.

Spread is -5.5 for LA, atm..seems like a great value bet for OKC, but it could be a trap..it's probably so high, because everybody is riding the Lakers tonight, thinking they won't lose 5 games in a row..

Thanks for spread. If it was over 8, it seems like a high percentage bet. My thinking is OKC has a shot at the 2 seed, but only if the Lakers lose out and they win out. Probably they are happy with number 4 because they have to like their chances against the Nuggets. Then they potentially avoid the Lakers another round and take their chances with the Spurs. If they go to number 3, they could get Portland in round 1, and no one wants them, but someone has to get them. Then, they may very well get the Lakers in round 2 if they pass the Mavs. They only play LA three games this season and lost their one chance to win at home. better to get a road win if they meet in the playoffs. Hopefully, I can watch it later tonight.

If OKC wins this one, I hope Dallas uses it as a reason to tank the last game or 2 to avoid LA, tbh..

Because it's the end of the season, both teams already have playoff spots and the game only matters to a few fans.

No way Spurs are beating Lakers Tuesday night. They desperately need the game and the Spurs aren't really going all out for overall #1. Plus guys will not be playing heavy minutes.
