I guess I can sell them on eBay, but I really thought some folks from here would be interested: LINK (http://spurstalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=176090)

These were worth money? I remember throwing those things away as a kid.

Those cards acutely have a BV but not placing them in a protective sleeve when they was in mint condition makes it hard to grade them now as you can see the wear in the photo below.

If that Church's Chicken card were graded, it'd be worth millions... of something.

when ever cards are on an uncut sheet they are considered rare and many sell for over 550.00 dollars.

you're referring to actual trading cards though
not cardboard pictures sponsored by fast food

In many instances that may be true, a rookie Tim Duncan Upper Deck at 50.00 dollars BV is higher than a Tim Duncan Rookie made by Taco Bell.

and the local daily newspaper

Key word is "local" that makes the card rare. For example an MJ rookie from Fleer a card company well known may cost 744.00 dollars, But an MJ Rookie card from the little known "Star" card company MJ's rookie sells for 2,500.00 dollars.

No whenever cards are rare, they're considered rare. Just because cards are in an uncut sheet doesn't make them rare. I'm guessing the cards you linked to are from some kind of limited edition insert sets which allows them a decent market value.

The cards in the sheets were virtual copies from the regular issue set from fleer. Yes, they were used as promos with local companies but a ton of them were printed and a lot of people still have them. Add to the fact that Spurs cards have little demand anyways and there's little collectible value here. The best draw is on sentimental value.

Maybe in the world you live in uncut sheets are at your local dollar store but in the real world an uncut sheet are considered "limited" aka "rare" the card companies only release a certain amount of them.

As far as the Spurs go their cards are always "below" what other cards sell for.
But the truth is the "express news" gave out something only found in San Antonio so Spurs fan in Canada or Fargo North Dakota may disagree with you.
