I am assuming the contract is non-guaranteed for both years, right?

Does anyone has more info regarding this?

I'm guessing a team option for the second.

Pop clarified in his interview with Don Harris that Monteiro is this year's Larry Ayuso...an attempt at finding another outside shooter. The Spurs have frequently signed their bench guys to contracts with a 2nd-year option...even make-good deals. That may be what he signed.
