I don't see any first round upsets happening, but if one does, it would either be the Knicks or Blazers winning.

To be brutally honest, the only team that cannot be upset in the first round, is the Lakers. The Hornets will be a cakewalk, but every other team is formidable. The Spurs definitely have their hands full with Memphis. The only match that I feel is evenly matched, is OKC/DEN.
