I was at the Valero Texas Open at the JW Marriott; saw some good golfers: Adam Scott, Geoff Ogilvy, Ricky Barnes; well known Golf analyst: David Feherty. Plus as we were walking through the course, Richard Jefferson was standing near one of the refreshment areas, low key, with a Arizona basketball cap and sunglasses.
Probably should have said "good luck on Sunday" but were following a certain group of golfers and had to keep moving. And I always said if I ever saw a Spurs player in public, that I would just leave them alone, they probably get bothered too much as it is.

So he's chasing golfers these days?
Don't tell Luke, he would be heartbroken.

I try to let players be, current and old.
When I was home in early March, I saw David Robinson at the Apple Store. On my flight back through Atlanta, I had Steve Smith on the place. Stood next to him at baggage claim.

They were probably going purse shopping afterwards and then getting bikini waxes

I know players get to have lives but wouldn't you expect him to be watching the play-offs on Saturday afternoon and resting Saturday night for a noon start on Sunday- not at a golf tournament and a bar.
