Why is Jefferson in at the end of games?

I don't understand. He's one of the reasons the Grizz went on a 7-0 run with his passive offensive game. I didn't even know he was on the court until the last missed shot.

I know Neal was hoisting shots, but he wouldve been 100x better than RJ on offense in the last 3 minutes. Hell an overweight and out of shape James Anderson would have done a better job in the last 3 minutes.

That 3 RJ missed was from one of his favorite spots ... he was open ... don't think Neal had a better chance/probability of making that three in that situation. It was not RJs fault we lost this game. He made some shots, attacked the basket more than in the second half of the regular season and rebounded.
