Actually jumped on the bandwagon in 99. But couldn't remember players that far back.

No offense but Matt Bonner and Richard Jefferson do not belong on this list. There are much worse players. Heck, Charles Smith alone is one of the worst players to ever wear a Spurs uniform and get playing time.
You think Richard Jefferson is bad? You must not have been a fan in the Chucky Brown era.

Do you guys remember Bateer's translator?? Nigga always used to get really pumped during the playoffs, I specifically remember him going crazy when Kerr nailed those three's against the Mavs in 03' :lol

This was an actual team we put on the floor during the 1988-89 season. We lost to the 12-40 Indiana Pacers 112-93. This game was away, but this lineup and this team was full of drugged up stupid players.
Dallas Comegys
Willie Anderson
Greg Anderson
Michael Anderson
Frank Brickowski
This is when we had Vernon Maxwell who was going bad, Alvin Robertson was having problems. It was a pitiful team. This was a real team, a real starting lineup and it was worse than horrendous. Willie Anderson was definitely our best player that season. I remember getting to move down into the expensive seats because no one would show up. My Dad had season tickets and we just scrambled down with other friends because everyone would just give their tickets away. My dad just dropped us off. You could hear exactly what all the players were saying that year it was so empty.

Curious who might have the worst stats with the most mins per game.

My friends and I used to do the same thing back when the Spurs really sucked. One of my friends was a ball boy who would sneak us into the arena, and then we would walk down to the good seats. Worked every time.

I think we could do a Bonner, Bateer, Haley front court, kinda like the old Robinson, Duncan, Perdue back in the day. That'd be a great start right there!

I think maybe we should exclude players who were just washed up, like Sleepy Floyd, Steve Smith, Charles Smith, NVE and Finley, even though these guys are some of my least favorite Spurs ever.
I'll go with guys who just sucked ass overall and got PT.
PG Roger Mason Jr. (point guard version that shouldnt have existed)
SG Keith Bogans

C Cadillac Anderson

Obviously, not a long-timer with the Spurs.
How about Avery during the WCF steamrolling by the Lakers. He was thoroughly reduced to a footstool in that series.
Ok, seriously, Charles Smith and his arthritic knee, the ghost of Luis Scola haunting us, playoff Roger Mason, Mengke Bateer and his dominance of Shaq, and maybe playoff Vinny del Negro would make a pretty harsh lineup.

Jack Haley! Great call! That was Dennis Rodman's buddy and I remember he got signed because Rodman insisted that he make the team. Haley would basically come off the bench for thirty seconds every ten games to drop a quick hard foul on someone.

Well, he started a fight with Gary Grant in the playoffs. Grant was about two feet shorter than Haley and looked like a sugar glider.

Dude thought he had the authority to chuck em up on that Spurs team, and that's what he did when he got in the game. Shot under 40% from the field and 68% from the line...as a guard.
And that FG% stat wasn't even a special case since it was his last season...his career average was 40%.

If you've got some knowledge the rest of us don't have, you might explain how he was so horrible. Are you lamenting the loss of Kevin Duckworth, or were you hoping the Spurs could have gotten a better draft pick without him?
