Big opportunity lost for the Hornets. Now the pressure is on them to win at home. Lakers were simply better tonight with their defense and Bynum and Odom's production.

Oop! Sorry 78, I thought you were that phony baloney BR. Though you're a little suspect as well.

Those missed free throws killed the Hornets.

You'll win one at home. We'll close this in 6 on your floor. It's what we do.

Sad but true, narutoluva.

That was the sloppy ass playoff game with no rhythm by either team. Congrats to the Lakers for doing what they had to do to get the W tonight.

I think the Hornets should feel good heading into NO with the series tied 1-1. Through 2 games, they now realize that they can play with the Lakers for 48 minutes. They aren't intimidated nor do they feel overmatched.

The next 2 games in New Orleans should be good ones.

You had your f'in chance and you let Horry bust a cap in your white ass.

Just like that.

True, but doesn't change the fact you have a skullfucking coming your way.

The only positive I got out of it was seeing the Hornets attack the rim whenever they were committed. Only Ariza showed that commitment. No one else did and it put more pressure on Paul and Jack to create. Marco and Green were both terrible tonight.

The negative is the clusterfuck performance by the frontcourt. No reason to start Okafor against Bynum. Its never gonna work. Its been a miserable fail 5 times now. Either bring Okafor off the bench or go with both Gray and Okafor in the lineup against Bynum and Gasol and bring Landry off the bench against Odom.

Perhaps, but, Kobe closed down Sacramento after Horry destroyed it.

Something tells me you are worried Giuseppe, which is why you avoid the real topic at hand. Lakerfan expected a beat down of NO after game one. What they got was average play and a single digit win. You will win the series, but Kobe and co. have cast doubt on how deep they will go into these playoffs IMHO.

I'm always worried. I expected us to lose tonite. My concerns are well documented.

The best we could do tonite was win. We won.

15 more to go.

Lakers win next game if Pau plays with one of his balls..If he plays with both of them, then 10-15 pt win. Sorry ass games from him so far, no excuses.
