Yep.

Maybe they didn't see the angle from the side. Head-on it could have gone either way (and it was called a 2, so the ruling on the floor stood); from the side, however, it was clearly a 3.

They will change it if it was a 3

He kinda-sorta traveled, so that's a 1-point penalty or a 2-point gift.

sons not that it would have mattered because Dallas got their ass beat anyways, but its the fact that NBA officials are completely incompetent. If TNT can get 3 different camera angles zoomed in within a matter of seconds, the refs are seeing the exact same images. absolutely pathetic

Wonder if we'll get an "oops, our bad" press release. :lol

Of course you will, they will say we made a mistake tomorrow or so and that does you GOOD HOW? LOL I have seen this too much as a fan, I began to ignore their shyt.

Refs later or the league says we were wrong, but you still lost which adds insult to F in injury.

due to kidd's bad habit imo, da dotard just tiptoes the arc 90% times he attempts 3, so when he attempted da 3 the refs automatically thought his foot touched the 3-pt line as usual

You can have that point so you only lose by 3 or whatever.

Yeah, if I'm Denver i'm still pissed, and judging from the game last night, they still haven't gotten over it.....they had the lead with about a minute or so left on an OBVIOUS call.

When he first shot the 3, his right foot looked clearly on the line. When they showed the replay, it was hard to tell.

It didn't look like there was enough video evidence to say it wasn't a 3 pointer. That being said, I would think that the shooter would get the 3 pointer since it didn't like there was enough evidence for it to be a 3 pointer. I mean it could have been the shadow of Kidd's shoe that was touching the 3 point line.

The image from the side that showed some space for legit 3G should have stepped forward few frames to show his toe inevitably rolling over the line as he completed the shot.

Cambys over the back vs Kidd was even worse

Or the two ellbows vs Bareas face, one call even overruled

See? It isn't a conspiracy, BR. They just don't know WTF they're doing.

The NBA will apologize soon, making it all better.

Elbows to Barrea's face can only be an improvement, tbh.

Exactly. The officiating in the NBA is an absolute disgrace and makes it almost unwatchable.

The NBA may not apologize for this one, because all in all it didnt affect the outcome. It was a 3 though

Bear in mind that the officials are trying to keep the game going and any big delay will throw off the flow of the game and so they probably only look at 2 views and angles.

I'm sure they didn't see the one replay we saw on TV.

This wasn't a play that would have change the entire game anyway so its a moot point trying to argue about it.

it decreased the pressure being applied.

I say it's 50/50 that the shot staying a 3 pointer changes the outcome of the game. It was called a 2 so it definitely changed the game in some way just as the game would have changed if it had been called a 3 pointer. We have no idea what kind of chain of events would have happened if it had been correctly called a 3 pointer. Butterfly Effect.
