I'm a college student between the ages of 18-34 therefore it would be against my nature to vote.
I live in Live Oak and can't vote.......for SA Mayor.

As I stated in the other thread in the "Political Forum", I don't like the options that are presented to me. So I'll stay home.
I wonder, what would happen if there was an election and no one voted?

Zak, YES. You just need to be a registered voter and have a picture ID (Drivers License will work fine). Either look at that site to find your precient, or call them. Go to your voting site and vote away.
But only if you're going to cast one for the Judge!
I don't think many of you realize how much your vote actualy matters in an election this small.
Is that a pic of Steve Perry from Journey????

I know the election matters and if there was a candidate worthy of my vote, I'd vote for the person.

You're right, because if you don't vote, it doesn't effect you.
Care to break it down to me why they are unworthy? You obviously know something the voters don't, share it.

You forgot..
When was the last (ERRR, 1st) time your city had a building that housed an NBA champion?
If I were an American citizen I would vote for Julian...that Hardberger is a bad man....a very bad man.

Hardberger is going to win, Castro is too young in many people's eyes, which equates to inexperience. The sad thing is Hardberger has even less experience in a city council setting, being a judge his whole professional career in San Antonio.

The truly sad thing is that Castro is a Garza croney and just as crooked. And how much more experience do you have when you miss almost a quater of the city council votes?
