It's not one in a million, but it's still a good shot

Spurs losing this series is 50% chance at this point. I like the chances.

Yeah, in 2008...they won Game 7 in New Orleans. After that series, they were gassed, and were easy pickings for the Lakers in the WCF.

But how many times were the Spurs trailing 1-2 as the higher seed?

Shut the fuck up. It's not like you even watch the games. Tony Parker needs to step up, period. That is all.

2006 WCSF vs. Mavs

then nothing for a long long time.

Quality post Leetonidas! Now name the series and season.

Someone already mentioned it. Spurs got their asses handed to them in the first two vs. NO a few years back and won the series in 7.

After watching this team I don't think i'd be psychologically f'd to see them lose this one tonight. The reality of their franchise situation set in after game 2. I still think they should beat Memphis, but when you've seen your team win championships it gets difficult to root for them to at least make it out of the first round.

They've damn sure packed up the tents at the first sign of difficulty in the playoffs before. We'll see if anyone has the nuts to step up.

Worry about your own bench first.

well if they're gonna go 2 - 12 it'd probably be against someone like the grizzlies

lol saying the bench needs to step up when TP, the Spurs best player statistically and hardest matchup for Memphis to counter has played like dogshit

Game 1 was without Manu, it would have been an easy win for the Spurs. Manu's back so since game 2 it's different talent level. The Grizzlies barely won at home and Manu was one of the best players of the Spurs. IMO, he will make differences in the next 2 games that should be won by the Spurs. But I doubt the Spurs can win the Grizzlies 3 in row, so it will be 7 games series, with the Spurs advancing.

Memphis pushing SA's shit in tonight on TNT would be the most hilarious thing.
