I was convinced I would see Joey's name on here, but I think he did a game last night.

Me too.:lol

Same here... :lol

Javie would've been ideal, but that lineup isn't worrisome.

No Joey tonight...we'll be fine. :toast

I think I like McCutchen and Spooner, but I get confused about refs all the time.

Where's FWD with the breakdown of how the Spurs have done with these refs? (please?)

As long as the refs don't guard the 3 point line and make it even more difficult for Spurs to hit the outside shots, I do not care who refs

McCutcheon is eh. As long as it's isn't Joey or Garba, i'm fine with it.

Thanks, Dex, for saving me the need to repost that.

I frankly think that the identity of the officials isn't going to make a difference if the Spurs don't find some intensity and if Tony Parker remains unable to figure out the Grizzlies' coverages.

With that said, I absolutely hate that Eric Lewis is calling this game (or any playoff game, for that matter). Lewis, to me, seems to be among the worst guessers in the officiating corps. It seems, at times, that he doesn't really know what happened on a play but thinks that he should call something and guesses about what that something should be -- and too frequently, guesses incorrectly. In fact, of the officials who have gotten playoff assignments in the last few years, he and Gary Zielinski are the most baffling to me, since I think they each suffer from that problem.

It always makes me uneasy to see Eric Lewis calling a game.
