the stars would have aligned and all the spurs needed to do was to mentally hold it together and a finals trip would have turned from a slim possibility to a 50/50 chance. too bad the spurs could not even stay alive long enough.

prove me wrong spurs, prove me wrong.

NOH is actually way too far to beat LAL to even consider it. But... no, not at all. Who's gonna beat OKH anyway?

spurs match up to the thunder much better. in fact, i would rank lakers as the hardest match up followed by the mavs and grizzlies tying as the second hardest match up for the spurs. thunder doesn't have the post up scoring needed to really punish the spurs and while the mavs have dirk, he's more of an oversized small forward. it would probably be easier for bonner and dice to guard dirk than to try and guard randolph and gasol.

Realistically speaking, NO won't eliminate the Lakers.

The only bright spot to this horrible post season for me would be to see the Lakers thumped out as well. That would bring me great great great joy.

Great joy.

Yeahhhh. :whine
