I don't know about game 6 but the Spurs are NOT gonna lose a closeout game 5 on their court.

Yeah, Duncan would never allow that to happen. Except for last year. And the year before that.

Just saying.

I'm hoping for a blowout like the Magic against the Hawks last night.

Injuries and officiating, those losses had little to do with Duncan.

you can thank Pop for that. He is the one who went away from Duncan and onto small balls then 3 ball and then shoot in 7 seconds ball. of course that is until we are down in a playoff series then he suddenly flip flops back to half court ball which confuses the team a fuck lot more.

that old man is adorable

we have set a sad precedent... we give up and waive the white flag prior to elimination games.. I'm not even watching tonight because I would rather play softball... I don't need to watch what happened last year..and the year before that.. or the other 3 times in TD's career...

We are honestly more then capable of accomplishing this, as long as we play spurs basketball

They have been playing spurs basketball all along, its not working because the grizz have cranked up the defense by taking away the 3 ball and denying passing lanes and penetration, basically leaving it up to the spurs to match that defense which they can't possibly do with Bonner logging big minutes.

This team has folded with there backs against the wall recently but this year should be different. In 09 we were without Manu so it's not like we were a serious threat for anything and last year we went in as a 7 seed and blew our load knocking out Dallas. This team is the 1 seed right now with the best record in the West, there has to be a since of "lets get back on track because we are good enough" in that locker room. At least I hope so.

I think they will come out fired up and wanting to go back to MEM, not start there vacation.
