I must have missed this. Can someone please explain?
I heard that tool Mike Taylor talking about it as well as some mentions here from some posters.

Bonner missed a couple of defensive rotations badly. I didn't see an "argument" but that is a sure way to earn Pop's wrath. You notice that Bonner played zero minutes in the fourth if I recall correctly.

It was Splitter guarding Randolph, and Bonner on Battier.... Battier went straight to Splitter to push/pick him so Randolph could go right in under the basket... by the time Bonner figured what happened, Randolph was laying it in...
Pop calls a timeout and screams at Matt... Matt screams back (trying to explain he wasn't the guy on Randolph, I guess).
I don't think it's a big deal seeing redhead played afterwards...

I'm sure Pop apologized immediately and proceeded to bench Tiago.

I actually like Bonner giving it to Pop, even if it was Bonners fault. Bonner yelled back and Pop gave him the 'fuck off, whatever' wave of his hand.

What broadcast was it on? What time in the game?
I have the Local FSSW recorded, so if it was on NBATV I wont be able to replay it I guess

I'm sure Pop apologized immediately and proceeded to bench Tiago.
And then gave Bonner extra years on his contract.

Maybe this was the first time Pop actually saw Bonner fail at defense. Bonner should have been getting the Popovich wrath for a long, long time now.

If Pop were to yell at Bonner every time he missed a rotation, he wouldn't have any voice left. Wheter it be missing a rotation or his inability to guard an opposing player in the post, it's just a downright crime the manner in which he gets abused defensively. It's all Pop's fault thinking he go to war with this guy.

Yeah it was odd, I don't think I've ever seen pop giving it to Ginger in public like that. Bonner looked so butthurt, it was funny to see.

Is there any doubt that bonner is a liability and a huge choker come playoff time?
