View Full Version : Why was Brandon Roy so passive in that 4th quarter?

Seemed like he gave up just like Chris Paul.

Portland thought it was better for Wallace to chuck 3's.

Early in the game Dallas cut off the lane, but in the 4th he was playing not to lose, which is the wrong approach. Dude has to re-take the reigns with whatever he's got because Aldridge, although he played out of his mind this season, isn't there yet imo.

The overall effort was there, but agree that that was ugly and a losing formula.

It's a miracle that scrub is walking to begin with...

What's so surprising? Haven't you seen previous Portland playoff runs?

That was one of the worst coached series from a team ever. The series was winnable for Portland....McMillan should be fired.

Hopefully the game 4 performance gives him confidence moving forward, so during the season I can scream out B-ROOOOOOOOOOOOYYYY. Needs some Reiki for the needs....bigger question is what does Portland do or not do with GO?

"i get so WEAK in the KNEES, I can hardly speak. I lose all control, and something takes over me ..."

With the knee issues both guys have ...we are lucky they have been as amazing as they were for stretches ESPECIALLY Paul ...

Disagree. Dallas was better. Wallace struggled much of the series, Rudy gave them pretty much nothing until tonight. Aldridge tired from the load he needed to carry. Roy's knees makes him sometimesy ...

Portland is overrated too much duplication of skillsets and not enough size. ODen's injury made them laughable as a true playoff contender. Props for making the Mavs work.

I feel bad for Lilpenny and Tlong ...watching durant ball while Oden is in street clothes must be torture.

Roy already made his case with the comeback win. He didn't want to be the sore thumb in the loss. Chickenshit actually.
