Magic need CP3 for the win. He's ready for a change, Dwight's ready for a change. Make it hapen Otis before you're out on the street.

He's far from the biggest problem but D. Howard still needs to improve a hell of a lot as well tbh. 27/16 and his improvements at the line are fucking awesome. But averaging 5+ turnovers, less than 0.5 an assist per game, and just 1.6 blocks??? Those stats aren't right for the best big man in the NBA.

The TO's were the worst imo, disgusts me. Can't scream for the ball if you're going to pull an upchuck, otherwise they might just keep jacking up 3's. Give him an All Star facilitator putting him in the right position to make something happen and the number reduces. If Otis can't figure this out after overpaying for Lewis and having the nerve to bring Vince Carter to a "championship calibur" team he better pack his office up now and start looking in the papers for a different profession.

Plus D-wight still isn't a leader for all of his ability, Paul would keep the team in check and hold them accountable.
