Hmm, Iraq seems to be missing from the State Departments own list! I guess they are all out to get Bush too...

Again, the Iraq invasion was not punitive for 9/11.

Check the 9/11 Commission Report (http://www.9-11commission.gov/report/index.htm). There were documented contacts between the Hussein regime and al Qaida. And again the concern was not the present but the future.

Also, perhaps al Qaida did not "operate" in Iraq but still took money from Hussein which was generated through the Oil for Food program.

I think the more telling fact is how much red there is on that map, and the fact that Kerry thinks if we try to play nice it will all go away.
