:lmao NBA F:lolrum

This is nothing new, we saw it last playoffs when the West couldn't get it done despite an extra 99 freebies. The league just trying to keep things interesting.

Ten days from now we'll be talking about how the Hornets put up a better fight.

I like the usual 3 to 1 or 4 to 1 Laker rigged advantage.

How's that moving screen from Bynum on the last play bro'?

Also, don't be crying about the Mavs being "given" the game by the refs when you let a 16 point lead get reduced to 3 w/ Dallas just getting 1 FT in that strech. That's just the Lakers choking on ballz.

i thought officiating was pretty even. they let things get pretty physical overall and let a lot of fouls slide both ways. i recall several times when Kobe drove and got hacked with no call, as well as several times Odom hip-checked Dirk when Dirk put a move on him and was in the shooting motion. i recall a few times gasol got hit on the forearm on a hook or layup, as well as a number of times Chandler was going for a put-back or dunk and got the shit fouled out of him.

i hope they officiate the entire series like this. let them play physical.

How many times did Jordan give up a 16 point lead in a playoff game at home?

They were about to run him off when Pippen arrived to save his ass.

They were about to run him off when Pippen arrived to save his ass.

So you're saying he needed no help, like he was a 1 man team who could win with 4 guys from the "Y".

Bean had 4 NBA players with him, not 1 of them a dominant or skilled big in 05 and accomplished what exactly? NOT A DAMN THING except NO PLAYOFFS.

He needed his ass saved so he was gifted the Spaniard. REALITY.
What's funny now is that the Spaniard is now a shrinking violet. At least the color scheme works.

Don't worry 21, the Lakers will shoot 45 free throws tonight to even things up at 1-1. Stern doesn't want OKC, Memphis or Dallas in the Finals over the glamour franchise in the second-largest media market.

The ref action was pretty even, and favored the Lakers of course.
It took serious team meltdown for the Mavs to win because the Lakers
were about +5 points on the Mavs on bogus calls. Good win for Dallas,
well deserved after that end of the 2nd quarter madness.

That's probably because Jordan was only in the league three years before Pippen arrived. He averaged 36 points per game during those three playoff appearances.

Actually you implied that Jordan missed the playoffs three times without Pippen. In 86 and 87 the Bulls lost to the Celtics, who went to the finals both years. They were down 0-2 to Boston both years, so the comparisons between Kobe and Jordan can still go on.

LAL Kobe.
