Their RIGHTS reside in them being able to choose another school. The same kinda piece of shit will most likely go into his first day of work with a full beard despite the company's 'clean shaven' policy then threaten with a lawsuit whining about how his rights have been infringed

Blame the parents for letting the little faggot wear a dress to school. No shorts means don't wear shorts. Want to protest that? Take it up with the school board. Wearing a skirt to prove a point, though mentally stimulating to some kids, will just brand him a faggot to others.

I knew a really poor black guy who wore dresses to school because his mother made him do so, and because they were dirt poor. He didn't have shoes. Coach bought him shoes and made him shower, but the shoes were gone the following day and the kid was back in a dress.

What's funny is that plenty of my peers talked about doing this out of protest back in our NISD schools. Of course we never did due to repercussions of cross-dressing, but pants in 100+ degree weather (and un-air conditioned schoolbusses) sure is a fucking bitch and isn't really fair specifically to boys when virtually all females were wearing skirts.
