lol if this was any other team, nobody would give a fuck, it would be the biggest non-issue in the history of non-issues.............but since it's the fucking Yankees, they treat it like Posada just started World War fucking 3.

tbqfh, I don't need much to go after the yankees. I revel in all things negative about the bombers, much like I do with the Cowgirls

But yeah, you're probably right Mono. Maybe if the Sawx, Cubs, and Mets had the same issues it would be a big deal, but nowhere else

Jeter isn't going quietly into the twilight of his career, that's for sure.

For me, it's going to be fun watching both DJ and Posada erode into a shell of their former selves.

I'm a big Jeter fan but his contract demands were ridiculous. I think the Yanks have made him in the top 5 ever in terms of salary for a MLB player. Over 200 mil for his career. Hell they gave him a 800,000 signing bonus when he was only 18. And at 36 coming off that shitty season he had, he was asking for 5 or 6 years and 100 mil..
