Didn't see it posted.

David Kahn, GM of Timberwolves

"This league has a habit, and I am just going to say habit, of producing some pretty incredible story lines," Kahn said. "Last year it was Abe Pollin's widow and this year it was a 14-year-old boy and the only thing we have in common is we have both been bar mitzvahed. We were done. I told Kevin [O'Connor of Utah]: 'We're toast.' This is not happening for us and I was right."

:lmao

yes, it seemed it was presented as "toungue in cheek" but deep down I bet he feels robbed.

Kahn's a terrible GM. He's lucky to have a job. He's a complete schmuck. Has no clue what's he doing. He would be upset losing the lottery in a bad draft.

Only Kahn has the courage to call out that 14 year old kid. Who the fuck does that little runt think he is?

Do any of you conspiracy theorists know what kinda hit Ernst & Young's reputation takes if they took part in a rigged draft?

Totally. They didn't have a 25% chance or anything. Don't forget the NBA rigging the C's out of Duncan for some high market city like San Antoni to get him.

What's the big deal with the 2nd pick? They like picking PG's and Irving is gonna be right there waiting on them. At least this year's pick will be better than the other PGs they've chose.

That was simply fate intervening and making sure a classy player went to a classy organization.

No kidding those Shaq vs. Duncan, Lakers vs. Celtics NBA finals wouldn't have been marketable at all!

If that shit was rigged the #1 pick going to KJ would have been the way to go.

If the Spurs are a lottery team next year they should send Bonner to represent the Spurs, we'll get that #1 pick for sure.

If the NBA Lottery wasn't rigged then they would pull the lottery balls live on ESPN.

And the two years they did do it live, the team with worst record won it (Cleveland in 2003 and Orlando in 2004).

It's a pretty shitty draft, so it's not like he's missing out on a LeBron or D.Howard by not having the 1st overall pick.
