I've always ate any whole grain wheat bread, even as a kid, it just tasted better than white bread.

Not a fan of wheat bread, don't need to get my health options there. The bread makes the sandwich (or sub). DiCamillo's, an Italian bakery up by Niagara Falls, has the best bread in the country.

I like all kinds of bread and have been getting more into the different wheat breads lately, but IMO RYE dominates all for sandwiches. Nothing like a good rye sandwich.

Anything with bleached flour is not healthy for you. Whitewheat is not good for you as it contains enriched bleach flour. For a bread to be good for you, it has to contain the words in the ingredients "100% Whole Wheat".

Multi-grain bread is good for you also, but a bit to chewy for my tastes. But hey, I used to hate wheat bread, and now all I eat is whole grain wheat, so you never know.

And while the bread is totally good for you, the HEB Milk and Honey bread is some good eats.

The point is, if it's enriched flour, then the good stuff was taken out and then artificially put back in. Not a good thing. You want your ingredients to say 100% whole grain wheat. That or the multigrain stuff is what you want in a healthy bread.
