so spurs would have no point guard and to aging big man with gasol and duncan
spurs were afraid of odom before because if he gets caught again he is TOAST

We'd have to run it through the committee of WE and see if We approve.

A more realitistic trade would probably be Parker, Jefferson, and Splitter for Gasol, Artest, and Fisher...It might be OK for the Lakers as it solves some issues and gets rid of bad contracts, and I'm not sure Gasol will be the same player if he's left with Kobe. Fisher backing up Hill wouldn't kill the team either.
A more realistic trade (remember who you are talking about) would be Green and Anderson for Greg Monroe.
Yeah, doesn't do shit for us, but it's more realistic.

Neck in neck with Artest's contract tbh.

Artest has a way better contract than Rj. He could easily be moved but Rj is almost impossible to move.

Meet a complete stranger on a train and convince them that if they eliminate RJ you will do the same for their person of choice. It would be a perfect crime in theory b/c no one would have a motive..... This is probably a better way to "get rid of Jefferson."

No, we know RJ sucks, but I just get a kick out of your 'the pot calling the kettle black", when trying to talk about untradable contracts. Have fun with Ron Ron next season.

I realize this is extremely wishful thinking, but how about trying to trade any combination of blair/bonner/hill/RJ for gortat + dudley/childress/hill?
It seems the suns still have some decent players and they have a cheap owner, must be thinking about rebuilding... seems a little more possible than getting anything from the lakers. then again they must hate our franchise..

Lakers won't initiate a high profile trade with the Spurs and vice versa.
Look for the Lakers to make some sort of blockbuster trade with the Warriors,
since they just got a new front office executive.

Denver Nuggets
RJ for Chris Anderson and Danillo Gallinari
Nah fuck its gonna be hard to get rid of RJ why the hell did they pay him so friggen much after his first dismal year with us did they think he'd magically be awesome again or something, bloody hell! Dickheads

I'd still like
Biedrins and Dorrell Wright to Golden State for RJ and antonio's expiring contract. GS have a crap team and are about 10 million over the cap, it would give them an adequate SF and save them money at least.
Oh and the Spurs get both bigger and better at the C and SF positions :-) Quite one sided i know as wright is bigger and better then RJ and averaged 16pts 5reb 3ast and 1.5steals 38$ 3PTFG and we get a decent 7 footer.
We'd certaintly be much better off
